Throughout the stressful exam period, Christine gave me a number of reflexology treatments to help with the stress and the pressures during this time.
As a testimony to reflexology, I found it a very stress relieving alternative therapy to get me through this period.
As a testimony to Christine, I found her techniques second to none, her knowledge of the area was superb and the ambience in the room so relaxing that I often fell asleep!
As a reiki healer myself, I would recommend it to anyone suffering any health problems to consider it as an alternative therapy to conventional medicine. Its good to see that Banbridge can finally find these types of services available right on our doorsteps.
As for the nail care, Ill let the ladies decide on that one!

I really enjoyed my treatment as I felt I was not under any pressure to leave as I would be in a salon enviroment were the time is limited and there is other customers waiting to be treated. I would recommend reflexoloy to those people who are stressed and under alot of pressure as I did use to feel like that but after the treatment was a whole different person all together. I also feel if you maybe dont lead a to stressful life but do enjoy a pamering and liked to be nice and relaxed then a fully recommend reflexology for this.
