once you step in the door, you can see this is a family run business, and their customer care is brillinat, nice touch in these busy times we live in. Staff are always ready to help. Nip in over Christmass they usually have mulled wine on the go (non alco, so you can still drive home. LOL
Deffinate advantages over the superstore attitude these days. I have got Global, Kitchenaid, and other long lasting items in my kitchen.
