At Tone 'N' Ten we understand how the body works and how everyone reacts differently to exercise. We can tailor your programme and will take into consideration your specific body shape, for example, if you are pear shape (larger bottom and thighs) we will do lower intensity on the lower body (if the legs and bottom are worked too hard then they just get bigger)!
For weight loss and cellulite reduction it is advisable to take some additional type of aerobic exercise and follow a healthy eating regime. If weight loss is your goal then we recommend minimum 3 sessions per week.
All sessions last just 10 minutes and are supervised to receive all the help and guidance you require.
